Why, hello! It’s really lovely to have you land here in my corner of the online world.

For as long as I can remember, I have followed my insatiable curiosity. What started out in my teen years as a fascination with the mysteries of the human psyche led me into this field where I get to explore the unseen forces that underpin human behavior with my clients every day.

This curiosity of mine has always been gentle, not intrusive, objective, and never judgmental. In allowing the answers to reveal themselves to me, I have come to understand how important it is to appreciate and rest into the here and now.

When I came to the US at 16 years old, my desire to understand the human experience was amplified by the expansiveness and complexity of my new environment. Asking honest questions and being truthful with myself in the response, opened me up to possibility, joy, and healing. It allowed me to feel less alone.

And in truth, this is my wish for you, too — to feel less alone with whatever it is you may be carrying.

As much as I would love for this to change faster than it is, the fact of the matter is that the psychotherapy industry is still so caught up on identifying symptoms, putting a label on them, and doing whatever it can to eliminate those symptoms in the name of healing.

But all too often in that pursuit of eliminating symptoms, we miss seeing the whole human and the power of being in relationship with one another.

In an industry that values eliminating, I on the other hand, believe in embracing, loving, tending to, learning to live with whatever it is in harmony, allowing it to exist but to do so in a safe context, and helping it transform into something that would serve as a source of energy or life force.

I believe each of us possesses an innate wisdom about what optimum mental health is for us and how to get there. My job is to shed light on that and guide you toward that wisdom and show you that you can trust it.

My hope is to focus on your fullness, all of your multifaceted parts, and see you as the beautiful being you are.

I do this by showing up to each session in a calm, grounded, and present state of being. It is important to me that once our session begins, you have a felt sense that this encounter matters.

That you matter.

That we all matter
in the most profound way.

So what do you say?
Are you feeling the
call to connect?
